Privacy Policy for TB Past Papers APP

TB Past Papers is an independently developed educational app designed to help students access past national examination questions and marking guides in Rwanda. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our mobile application available on the Google Play Store.

Disclaimer: TB Past Papers is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the Rwanda Education Board (REB) or any government agency. All content is collected from publicly available educational materials and is provided solely for informational and study purposes.
2. Information We Collect
We do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII) directly from users. However, certain non-personal data may be collected automatically via third-party services used in the app.
a. Automatically Collected Data
- Device type and OS version
- App usage statistics (e.g., session duration, crashes)
- Approximate, non-specific location
- Advertising ID (used for personalized ads)
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party tools that may collect anonymous data for analytics or advertising:
AdMob by Google
This is used to serve banner and interstitial ads. AdMob may collect:
- Device information
- User interactions with ads
- Advertising identifiers
4. Children’s Privacy
This app is available to users of all ages, including students. However, it is not specifically targeted at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we discover such data has been collected, it will be permanently deleted.
5. Data Security
We do not collect, store, or process personal user data on our own servers. All data processing is handled securely by third-party providers, such as Google.
6. User Control and Choices
- You may opt out of personalized ads via your device’s Ad Settings.
- You can uninstall the app at any time to stop all data collection.
